Great looking but doesn't stay together

We love the design of this and it looks great but within a few days it will come apart. We had a replacement sent and the same issue happened. The screws don't hold the legs in and so with every movement, the legs simply come loose and fall apart. This image is how it sat most of the time, apart. They should take it off the website.
