When it was a really hot day, the adhesive melted off of the retractable stands. I couldn’t find a way to repair them. I’m surprised they were not permanently in place with hardware. Maybe they are now. I bought them a while back. They were really great when they were intact.

2. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and insert into the hole in the cassette.
3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.
