I am very pleased with how this came out - the colors and look are what I was hoping for. The only drawback is how lightweight they are. For any outdoor events these are like a sail in the wind and EASILY tip right over. I did't think to ask about the weight of these but I solved it by duct taping it to the tablecoth and having to put rocks over the duct tape to hide the tape - not what I was going for - and will keep trying to find a better solution. For indoor and transporting - the light weight is a plus! Simple to use and assemble. I would give it a 5 if they weren't so lightweight.

I left plenty of room yet my QR code was nearly cut off with the banner extended as far as the tube would allow. Disappointing.

After reviewing your feedback, we would like to highlight that placement of key elements such as QR codes and text near the borders can sometimes result in them appearing too close to the trim or safety area once produced and mounted, especially on banner-style products where slight variation can occur during finishing. To help avoid similar issues in the future, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the preview mode and downloading the PDF proof before placing an order, as this provides the most accurate representation of layout, safe zones, and final print positioning. Furthermore, we advise ensuring that all important design elements, particularly QR codes and critical text, are kept well within the safe margin area and away from borders to prevent any risk of being cut off or appearing too close to the edge. 2. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and insert into the hole in the cassette.
3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.
