We understand how frustrating it is to catch a design mistake, call in immediately to correct it, receive confirmation that it was updated in time, and then still have the product arrive with the incorrect, inconsistent fonts. That is definitely not the seamless experience we want you to have. We want to make this right for you as quickly as possible without you needing to spend more time calling back in. Could you please reply directly to this email, share a photo of the note cards you received, and confirm which font or style should have been printed on both sides? Once we receive your reply, we will gladly review the design details and process a complimentary replacement batch with the correct layout immediately. We appreciate your review submission. We’re pleased to hear the note cards were overall satisfactory, though we’re sorry the printing appeared lighter than expected. For future orders, we would recommend increasing the color saturation, ensuring your artwork uses high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi), and saving colors based on the CMYK model. We would also recommend utilizing the digital proof option to ensure the image design is to your satisfaction before processing your order. We have completed our checks and have processed an edited replacement at no additional cost to you.
