I was really hoping the stamp would be good quality. We have a fairly complex company seal that I wanted to have a circle stamp for. I spoke with a rep on the website's chat while I was designing the stamp, and they weren't sure how it would come out due to the complexity of the vines around our design, but they said order it anyway and were willing to put a note on our account that if it wasn't satisfactory they would refund us the money. The stamp came and the vines were nothing but a black blur around the edge of the stamp. I am disappointed that such a large company was unable to make it work, when the tiny company I found on Etsy was able to make one without a problem. Three stars for the customer service because they did refund us our money after some discussion.

Upon reviewing the design file, we found that the uploaded image for your seal was of a very low resolution, which caused the fine details to become illegible when scaled for production. Additionally, rubber stamps have mechanical limitations; complex imagery, intricate details (like fine vines), and gradients unfortunately do not translate well into a stamped impression. For the best possible results, we always recommend sticking with sharp, high-contrast, minimal graphics—a guideline that is highlighted in our engraving and stamping tips within the design studio.
We completely understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn't match your vision, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your experience is incredibly valuable to us as we work to improve our design studio warnings and better guide our customers during the creation process.
