Signature Stamps

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Signature Stamps. We are sorry to hear that the signature size is smaller than expected, and there are black lines when the stamp is used. We want to assure you that these black lines are not typical. From our review of the design, it shows that there was a lot of blank space around the signature. We recommend that you use the safe margin line (dotted line) as a guide for where to place your image and text. All important details should be within the dotted lines; however, the further away the image or text is, the smaller it will look when printed. Also, please note that the design is blown up on the screen and is much smaller when printed. You may use the Zoom tab in the studio to reduce the size to have a better impression of what the design will look like. We have increased the size of the image on the template, so it will be easier to read, and have processed a free replacement order for the stamp. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account.

We’re sorry for the confusion and concerns regarding your stamp. Each stamp is designed with a blank label on the top, so you can personalize it yourself. To do this, remove the paper insert, stamp your design onto it, and place it back into the display slot, so the label reflects the stamp impression. Regarding the issue with the stamp printing the border when pressed too firmly, if you could send us a few images or sample impressions showing the issue, we’d be happy to take a closer look and determine whether this may be a defect or expected behavior.
