This is not how we want you to remember VistaPrint. Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received product as a reference. We made sure that your review was forwarded to our Quality Team along with the attached image to avoid it from happening again. We considered this as a production issue that can be resolved by replacing the item. In an effort to help, we have processed a replacement at no additional cost. An email with tracking details will be sent once shipped out. Feel free to keep or recycle the initial items received.
