Misprinted twice

Received my first batch badly misprinted. Didn't even have the govt warning on Vistaprints template. Contacted customer service and was assured I'd get a new batch corrected and reprinted asap. Second batch arrived exactly the same as the first. Contacted customer service again and was told they'd investigate and get back to me within 48 hours. That was about three days ago. . . Now I get this email asking for a review.
