I ordered around 40 individual personalized Post It brand pads for all the teachers and admin staff for my daughers middle school during teacher appreciation week. It was super easy to upload each design and see a proof of what it would look like right away. I paid for expedited shipping. It took about a week to arrive (which is considerably fast since I ordered 40 of them!) and received it a day earlier than expected. They were super cute, the colors were vibrant and they really look exactly like the proof shown on their website prior to submitting my order. Most importantly the teachers and staff absolutely loved them. There were a few pads that had dark marks on them so I contacted Vistaprints customer service and they replaced them free of charge, I got them because I trust the Post-It brand post its. Other random no name brands either curl or don't stay sticky, These do - they are the real deal but personalized! I will definitely purchase more of these in the future as gifts for people.
printed wrong

I wasn't expecting perfection, but I was expecting the print to be aligned correctly, or at least how it had looked in the approved mockup. the whole top was cut off by around 0. 25". the design I made had a colored border which made it even more noticeable. Sadly, these will not be able to be handed to my clients and I'll be looking for a new printer option.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the alignment of your order did not meet your expectations and that the borders were cut off, making the product unusable for your clients.
Please be advised that we generally do not encourage borders on any printed items. Due to our mechanical cutting process, the actual cut can happen anywhere from the bleed area to the safe margin. This variation makes it difficult to promise that borders will be printed perfectly even across all items.
To ensure your satisfaction, we have made adjustments to your border design and processed a replacement at no cost to you under the same order number. An email with tracking details will be sent to you as soon as the new order is shipped. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle the original items you received. We appreciate your patience as we work to make this right.
