Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that your cards did not turn out as you expected and that the white borders and printed back make them completely unusable for your needs. We understand how frustrating it is to receive marketing materials that do not match your vision. We would like to advise that upon checking your project setup, the design was not expanded to cover the entire layout spacing, which unfortunately resulted in the white borders appearing on the top and bottom parts of the final print. Additionally, for the reverse side, the front design was duplicated on the back layout rather than left empty, which is why it did not come out blank as you had expected. To ensure your complete satisfaction and help you get the cards you actually need, we have gone ahead and made these adjustments for you on our end. We have also processed a full replacement order at no cost to you under your original order number. A separate email with tracking details will be sent to you automatically as soon as your package ships out from our facility. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle the original items you received, as there is no need to return them to us. We appreciate your patience, and we hope your new cards arrive exactly as you need them.

Yes. Before adding your thank you cards to your cart, you’ll have a chance to add envelopes. Please note that you’ll receive one envelope for each card. If you’d prefer to skip the envelopes altogether, you’ll be able to do that too.

No. When you order our folded thank you cards, they will arrive flat with a score in the center, making it easy for you to fold them manually.

You bet! While designing in our online studio, you can download a free digital proof of your thank you card. It’s an easy way to review your design, double-check the details or share it with others. And you can download as many proofs as you like.

We don’t offer custom samples at this time – but you can order a small batch of 10 wedding thank you cards. This is a cost-effective way to see and feel your cards in person before you fully commit. After reviewing the color and paper, reordering more is quick and easy. If you want to make any updates, you’ll be able to edit your design in our studio. And if you have any questions along the way, we want to know and we want to help.
