Honestly was very bummed about the lack of quality control with the printing. I purchased 50 double sided wedding invitations and the preview showed a perfect layout, leaving a small white border around the front of the invitation that featured a picture. When we received the invites, the edged borders were uneven and different for every invite. I spent an hour and a half cutting down the edges to make them even and re-rounding the corners. Aside from this, good quality paper and thickness of the invite itself.

Had problem withshipping because it showed in my area then back and forth when I called customer service The woman I spoke to said she would have a manager call me back, it was on a Saturday a manager got back to me same day guaranteed there would be no problem with the invitations and if there was they would correct it. manager said that I would have them by Monday or Tuesday Tuesday came I got them they were in good condition and I sent them off. Happy with the purchase and the customer care that I received.

They turned out good! The only thing that I was really satisfied with were the envelopes, It would be nice if they showed you an example of the font and if they had more font options. They refunded me for the cost of addressing the envelopes though so that was very kind!
