Print doesn’t match the proof

I was excited to receive my circular business cards. But when they arrived, I was disappointed to find on one side the spacing was off. The text alignment was not the same as the design and the proof, and it was bad enough that it looks unprofessional and unusable.
This is the first printing issue I’ve had with Vistaprint. I will update my review if the issue gets resolved, and they sent me a replacement order
But the cards were not ready by the time I needed them, and this batch will need to get recycled. I thought I was going with a trusted vendor instead of trying someone new and less expensive. so it was a disappointment.
