Regarding the business card finishes, we’d like to clarify a few details that are noted on our product pages: - Glossy Finish: This is applied only to the front of the cards. The backside is intentionally left with a silky, non-reflective surface to allow for easy writing. - Matte Finish: This is a coated, non-reflective surface applied to both sides of the card. For the other concerns you raised—including the sharp edges on the card holder, the printing background issue, the banner damage from the grommets, and the shipping condition—we have reviewed your account. We found that one of our Care Specialists has already assisted you and taken the necessary actions by processing a replacement at no cost for these items.
