Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the issue with the orientation of your cards. We understand how frustrating this must be. Based on our review, the design was created using a horizontal template with a vertical layout. As a result, the print orientation may differ and can cause one side to appear flipped in the opposite direction. For future orders, we recommend using a vertical template when working with vertical designs for better alignment and consistency. To help resolve this, we have edited the cards and submitted a replacement order for you. You can view the update in your order history, and the order number will remain the same.
