Since RGB colors (used for digital screens) can appear brighter and more vivid, certain tones may shift once converted to CMYK, which can result in a slightly darker or less vibrant print. The more color added in CMYK mode, the darker the result; the more color added in RGB, the lighter the result. This difference in color gamut is a common factor when moving from screen to print. For the most accurate outcome, we recommend designing directly in CMYK color mode. Based on your submitted artwork, you may also want to consider our Glossy paper stock, which offers a sleek, shiny finish with a light‑catching front and a smooth, silky back. This option can help elevate the look and feel of your design and enhance vibrancy. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the ink from the back of one card will transfer to the other and make it look messy. If you plan to keep these on your person, be aware of that and ensure they don't rub together

Standard matte business cards are 14pt (equal to .014 of an inch), premium cards are 16pt (equal to .016 of an inch) and premium plus cards are 18pt (equal to .018 of an inch). Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

 Our matte business cards have a non-reflective surface on both sides.

You can write on our matte cards, but different markers or pens may give you different results. If you’re looking for a material you can easily write on, try our uncoated business cards.

You can choose from our square shape and rounded corner upgrades. We also offer special finish upgrades, like embossed gloss or foil accent. Just look for those choices as you go through the design process, and keep in mind that special finishes aren’t available with square business cards.

Absolutely. You can choose from glossy finish business cards and a variety of others. Matte business cards have a smoother, non-reflective surface, sometimes described as silky or polished. They’re great for deep colors, especially for black business cards, and have a refined feel. Glossy business cards have a shiny, light-catching finish that helps bright colors and photographs pop.

If you’re uploading your own design, make sure that your image resolution is at least 300 dots per inch and uses one of the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .bmp, .png, .gif, .heic, .pdf, .psd, .ai, .eps, .ait, .ppt, .pptx, .tif and .tiff.
