2nd time my cards came with the logo misaligned and the paper is not as thick as it used to be

Cards came with misaligned logo and in a paper that is not as good quality as the previous ones. The same mistake was made again, they printed my business cards with a misaligned logo, off center. Will be requesting a refund, this is the second time they make this mistake. I keep giving chances to Vista Print and the mistakes keep happening.

I love the quality of these cards, but online I couldn't tell that they were too dark to read.
I would have hoped that someone with VP would have reached out and told me. Even though this is a huge business, and it's my responsibility, they are the experts.

Poor quality control and extremely delayed shipping

I ordered business cards and it took nearly a month for the cards to ship. When they finally arrived they were completely off center and essentially unusable. Very disappointed. I have used vista print in the past and had great experience previous times. But again, very disappointed.

Frequently asked questions
Sure! When you select an edge color, you’ll see a HEX code by the name. This is a universal identifier that you can use to match other elements of your design to the edge color. Just copy the code and add it to the color panel in our studio or any other design software.
Please note: Our gold-edge business cards feature a metallic finish. You can match the gold color on the front or back design, but the shiny effect is only available for the edge.
Our painted edge cards have color on the sides, top and bottom – all the “thin” dimensions that normally don’t have customizable colors.
Right now, you can pick from red, gold, black, blue, yellow and teal.
The HEX codes for these colors are the following:
Blue - #0083CA
Teal - #0099B1
Black - #231F20
Gold - #C48A10
Red - #ED1B2F
Yellow - #FFF200
These cards are 32pt (equal to .032 of an inch). To give you a frame of reference, each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch.
Sorry, but those options aren’t available with these cards. The special way they’re made doesn’t allow for those custom shapes.
Yes, the matte laminate makes them fairly easy to write on with any pencil, pen or marker.
