I realize that technology is used by most companies to do business but it is not the best experience for older senior customers like myself. I had a very difficult experience getting my last order placed on your web site and without the help of a person on the ‘Chat’ program, I would not have placed a recurring order. I accept the fact that this problem took place due to my lack of knowledge/experience with technology. I want to continue ordering from your company but don’t know that I will be able to do it. The paper has a very natural feel, and it’s very absorbent. So, when you have a busy, ink-heavy design, it may look a bit faded as the colors are absorbed during printing.
