Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I’ve been a long-time customer of Vistaprint, and the plastic cards I used to rely on are no longer available. I was offered an alternative at a higher price, but the result was nowhere near the quality I’ve come to expect over the years.
The materials feel inferior, the finish lacks the same professional look, and overall it’s a clear downgrade from what was previously offered. On top of that, the customer service did not meet expectations and added to the frustration by far.
At this point, I’m seriously reconsidering continuing my business with Vistaprint unless there are meaningful improvements in both product quality and service.

I contacted support through the chat channel before placing my order because the preview clearly showed that part of my card might be cut off. I asked multiple times, and the representative assured me each time that the card would print correctly and would not be cut off. Unfortunately, when I received the cards, they were in fact cut off exactly as I had concerns about.
I’m disappointed with the final product and would like this issue resolved.
