Terrible quality

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I’ve been a long-time customer of Vistaprint, and the plastic cards I used to rely on are no longer available. I was offered an alternative at a higher price, but the result was nowhere near the quality I’ve come to expect over the years.
The materials feel inferior, the finish lacks the same professional look, and overall it’s a clear downgrade from what was previously offered. On top of that, the customer service did not meet expectations and added to the frustration by far.
At this point, I’m seriously reconsidering continuing my business with Vistaprint unless there are meaningful improvements in both product quality and service.

I contacted support through the chat channel before placing my order because the preview clearly showed that part of my card might be cut off. I asked multiple times, and the representative assured me each time that the card would print correctly and would not be cut off. Unfortunately, when I received the cards, they were in fact cut off exactly as I had concerns about.
I’m disappointed with the final product and would like this issue resolved.

Our white plastic business cards don’t come with “mag strip” technology – the black stripe on the back that readers can access.
While we’re not limited to just plastic business card printing, we cannot legally print any design that looks like an ID card, credit card or bank card. Other types of custom plastic cards (like loyalty or membership cards) are fine.
Yes, you can! We offer both clear business cards and frosted business cards.

Absolutely. We have photography templates, landscaping templates and many more options for all kinds of industries. We even have designs specifically made to help you create black plastic business cards.
The plastic card printing process prevents us from adding special textures or finishes to the cards. However, you can use almost any type of design – bright colors look particularly good with the high-gloss shine.
While bright colors work best for plastic business cards, you’re not limited in what you can design. You could even use all white (no printing) or black on your plastic business cards.
