I’m disappointed with the image quality. Since I chose the premium package, I expected a clear and sharp image. However, the quality is actually worse than the standard option.
I understand that I created the business card design myself, but the cover image in my file is clearly visible. On the cards I received, the photo is barely noticeable and blends into the black background. The image quality on the back side is also not very good.
I paid nearly $50 and I’m very disappointed.

Upon reviewing your design, we found that the opacity of the cover image was set quite low in the design studio, making it appear very faint. During the printing process, this caused the image to blend into the black background, which is why it is barely noticeable on the final product.
Could you please respond to this email and confirm if this setting was unintentional? We want to ensure you are happy with your cards, and once we hear from you, we can move forward with a resolution to get this corrected. We look forward to hearing from you and making this right.
