I am being generous with 3 stars. Anything they print on paper is fine. Don't get a hat embroidered by them. The stitching is sub bar. Lines were not where they should have been and they were crooked. Plus the editing process was a pain and coordination of any changes can be confusing as I experienced a lack of communication on them changing my design and didn't tell me. Then after I got with them on it, ended up getting a hat with both designs on it. This rendered my conversation with them pointless and a waste of time at that point. The thresholds they allow you to place your design in is not great. My t-shirt logo was definitely too low and it appears slightly crooked. Lettering on the back of it was not allowed to be placed any higher than it was, which was a downfall as I would have liked it to be a bit higher. Just stick with the simple stuff and you will be fine. shirts and hats are a hit or miss. Try local so you can dial stuff in better. Overall, the hat itself is a nice hat, but the stitching is disappointingly off.
