The quality of the hat itself AND the stitching was top notch! The only downside is that the logo could only be made up to a certain size and it is quite small on the hat itself. This may work really well for some, but looks a little funny for my logo.
These hats are more child sized than adult

While these say 'one size fits all' that is not accurate. Three adults tried these on and they did not fit properly. There is nearly a two inch gab between two of the adults and where the hat sits in proximity to the top of the ears.

Terrible embroidery

This is my second order with Vista Print. The first order of hats I did the embroidery was really bad on every hat and they gave a credit. I order again with a different hat and again it's really bad. The stitching is sloppy and the logo is skewed and some of them are just really bad. I counted about 50ish hats that are so bad I don't feel comfortable giving them out. I don't see any point in telling them to remake them because it will look bad either way. The hats are good quality but if you need it embroidered with your logo I would save your money and go somewhere else.

Colors are not accurate and

Normally pretty happy with Vistaprint, but you are playing the lottery with whether they customize this correctly. I have had great service and bad. The tan is not tan nor sage as someone else indicated. Its a horrible olive drab color. Great for men who like to hunt and fish, but horrible for my customer base
