Good but Confusing Service

My order was completed and delivered quicker than the expected delivery date. However, I received two messages that my logo was too complex without being enhanced. I agreed to the update and the order progressed well. I was surprised that my logo was too complex when I had two orders last year with no issues and my logo has not changed.

We're happy to hear that you're pleased with the hats received and apologize for any confusion caused with the messages sent. We're seeing that a different type of hat was ordered previously and so this may be the reason for the request for an update. The embroidery area for the previous order is larger than the one for the most recent order.

Hats are great. Design is great. Embroidery is somehow messed up. It’s very apparent and shouldn’t have been sent out like this. I guess this is a gift I won’t be able to give.

Fairly structured. Can flat bill it if you like them that way. Comfortable and looks great.
