Need to return, logo not correct

I was worried about the logo being done correctly, was able to talk with customer service (on chat) I showed them the pic of the preview that was incorrect & did not want printed adn shipped. They sent me a pic that showed it correct & assured me that was how it would be embroidered. It came with the one I did not want done. So disappointed, now I am late for our event, tie & effort to have to send it back. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I will be finding another source for printing and embrodiery.
