Does not look anything like the approved image. The logo is not even centered and there is a big space between the first letter and the rest of the word of my company’s name. I don’t understand how this would even leave to get shipped out, where is the quality control? I’m extremely disappointed!

In what world does the word "canna" look like "cann a". How can I trust a company to be a reliable source for merch when I order a sample and it has a space the size of the grand canyon between two letters. Whoever does quality control needs to stop looking at their embroidery cross eyed.
