love the hats have many Richardson, however all of them that arrived were either off center or tilted, vista print did refund the money to our account. I appreciate thier effort which is why its 3 stars and not 1

I wish Vistaprint would list the specific hat style instead of just saying “Richardson Low Profile Trucker Cap,” since Richardson makes so many different models. I really like the 112 hats, and I thought I saw a review saying that’s what this was, but I must have been mistaken because I received a 115.
I also don’t know the difference between this hat and the Richardson Recycled 6-Panel Trucker Cap. That one doesn’t list the style either, but they look the same, and the recycled option is much cheaper. If I were to reorder, I would probably go with the recycled version.
I also have a gold logo, and the stitching came out more orange than gold, which was a little disappointing. It still looks good, but it wasn’t very color-accurate to what I uploaded. My logo also has a clipped portion, and the file I sent had that section transparent, but the system stitched it with black over it. I didn’t notice this in the design review section, and I wish it would show what the design will look like in stitch form with transparency accounted for to help catch these issues more easily.
The design portion also felt a bit misleading because it looks small on the hat render. It does list the size as 3. 94 x 1. 57 inches, and it was printed to that size, but for a while I assumed it would be small based on how it appeared in the preview. The design looks small in the render, even though it is printed proportionally to the listed dimensions.
Overall, it still looks good — I just wanted to share my honest experience.
