I bought a different jacket prior to getting this jacket but it was too small. Customer service was so patient with me. Vistaprint worked on finding a jacket that was similar since they did not have the size that I wanted in the previous one I bought. The logo couldn't fit but they made a work around to make sure it did. I received the product yesterday and it is beautiful and it fits!!! Thank you, Vistaprint! You guys are awesome!

Odd measurments

The imprint looks great, but the design of the jacket itself is flawed. The sleeves are tight and a bit long. The back of the jacket extends down below the butt which is a nice length, except for the fact that the jacket flares out in the back and looks weird unless you have it zipped up. This wouldn't improve by sizing up or down. If these weren't custom made I would return.

I have always had a great experience with Vista Print with over dozens of orders. On this order, it is a week past the delayed date of delivery and I haven't heard from them. I contacted them and they couldn't give an estimate. Hopefully I will hear something tomorrow, but it will be too late to use as the birthday present it was intended to be. Again, normally they are great- 5 stars -just not this time.
