The jacket is very comfortable, and the front side of the logo looks great, but behind the logo it looks extremely messy and the strings look like they're coming loose

This is my 2nd time buying this. I would recommend it.

NOT FLEECE

This product is advertised as a fleece jacket. Fleece, it is not. It is a very thin, soft-shell jacket with a knit lining. I contacted customer service to request help with this order, and was advised that "the product page recommends wearing it to the gym" as an excuse for why it can be feasibly marketed as a totally different product. Fleece is fleece regardless of where it is recommended to be worn. I was offered 20% off my next order as compensation. I have previously used Vistaprint for business cards, and was happy with their customer service at that time. I was looking forward to using them again, but I likely will not with no resolution to this issue.
