The quality of the jacket is very good. It keeps me comfortable. There was a little issue with the color: The computer display doesn’t provide accuracy so that was a problem. I phoned the Support desk and they were far more accommodating than expected. They provided replacement. They expedited shipping so it would be delivered in time for a presentation. Couldn’t ask for more! The Support would not let me go unless I got what I wanted. Incredible service! You just don’t see that these days.

I decided to complete a small batch order of these sweaters, the sweaters are great btw. The issue was there were no updates through the process at all, they sent a wrong color but the customer service rep was very helpful and was able to resolve this issue for me. Overall the service was okay. Would’ve rated higher if this didn’t happen.
