We’re sorry for the confusion around the card format and understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a flat, postcard-style design when you were expecting a traditional folded Christmas card. For future orders, we recommend double-checking the product type during selection, as some Christmas card designs are flat (single-sided) while others are folded with an inside message area. You also have the option of filtering specifically for “folded cards." We have completed our checks and have also emailed you information that speaks to the resolution that has been provided to you.
