We're sorry to hear that the slogan on your design was illegible and can understand your disappointment. In reviewing the account, we are seeing that the size of the font is very small and so there would have been an issue with the size when printed. The slogan is a part of the logo uploaded and so it will be required that the size of the font for the slogan be changed on your end and re-uploaded. With the updated changes we can have a free reorder processed for the product. Please let us know once that has been done.

Yes, you can. If you want to write on your cosmetic labels, we recommend you pick the paper option — it’s the easiest to write on. For our silver plastic and gold paper labels or plastic roll stickers, we recommend you use a permanent marker.
