So far I have only opened two rolls of the labels. On the first roll there were 4 labels that were wrinkled. On the second roll there were three labels that were stuck together and another 2 that were wrinkled.
I hope the remaining rolls are not like that!

different background colors

I ordered two different sticker rolls with a matte finish. However, both have an opal-like shine instead of a true matte finish, and the background colors came out different between the two rolls. I have had this issue before with background colors printing differently, even though the stickers are printed on the same material. These stickers are for my branding, so I need them to be consistent and uniform.

Thank you for your review of the Roll Labels. We regret hearing that the finish was not a matte finish and the background color was different on both. Our review of the order details shows that the material selected for these labels was White Plastic (BOPP). This material is described as being a glossy white, water-resistant polypropylene. As such, the finish is not matte. If you would like to get a matte finish, we recommend the white paper material. Furthermore, the background color of the label with text appears to be slightly darker than the other design. In the future, we recommend that you carefully review your designs and product details before ordering. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend reviewing the original artwork to see if the color matches correctly and adjusting accordingly.
