A bit pixelated

I have ordered these 2x2 stickers from another company, and decided to use VistaPrint this time for better pricing. The images on the VistaPrint stickers are a bit pixelated, and the paper is not as durable or glossy. Because I have other stickers from another company to compare to, I can see VistaPrint is lower quality though it claims to be the same product. It is not the same die cut quality paper as other sticker printers I have used.

Thanks for sharing this with us. We’re sorry to hear the stickers didn’t meet your expectations this time. The pixelation and paper finish you described aren’t the results we would want for you. We would recommend for future, to ensure your image file is at least 300 DPI at the final print size and avoid enlarging small images, as this can cause pixelation during printing. We would also recommend utilizing the proof option that's available to you, as this allows you to review clarity and color accuracy before the full production run. We want to make this right for you and ask that you provide us with images of the affected stickers so that we can work together to resolve this issue. Once you’ve uploaded your artwork or logo, our design studio will automatically create a custom cutline with options to also customize the background color. If you have any questions, click “We’re here to help” in the bottom right corner and you’ll be able to send one of our designers your image along with some notes. One of our designers will send you back an example design that you can either approve, or ask for further assistance with.

Our custom cut stickers are available in white paper as well as white, clear and holographic water-resistant plastic.

White paper offers a clean, classic look and is great for indoor use on things like notepads. Our plastic stickers are water-resistant and ideal for most uses, from water bottles to skateboards.

For best results, we recommend that you apply your sticker single to a clean, smooth and dry surface. Once the sticker is on your item, it will stay there (and look great) even if it comes in contact with liquids – just make sure the surface is dry when applying.
