The webapp is a great experience in terms of being able to utilize to look at various designs. I tried filling multiple options and picked the design I liked. I appreciated the tool in how it was able to visualize the product I wanted. Because I tried multiple options, it seems that I ended up getting the wrong option selected, and saw in multiple views, different iterations of my sticker. Immediately, I contacted support and got the correct file squared away. Unfortunately, I got the wrong order regardless. I once again contacted support, and they corrected the issue. The support experience was a bit haphazard as I got disconnected, connected to someone new, and had to revisit my conversation with the original support over email. I am getting a full set of revised stickers, exactly how I wanted them originally. The stickers do look great and are serving exactly what I needed. So, all in all, it was a tumultuous experience, and had to contact support multiple times, but I got the product I wanted in the end and am happy about that.

Once you’ve uploaded your artwork or logo, our design studio will automatically create a custom cutline with options to also customize the background color. If you have any questions, click “We’re here to help” in the bottom right corner and you’ll be able to send one of our designers your image along with some notes. One of our designers will send you back an example design that you can either approve, or ask for further assistance with.

Our custom cut stickers are available in white paper as well as white, clear and holographic water-resistant plastic.

White paper offers a clean, classic look and is great for indoor use on things like notepads. Our plastic stickers are water-resistant and ideal for most uses, from water bottles to skateboards.

For best results, we recommend that you apply your sticker single to a clean, smooth and dry surface. Once the sticker is on your item, it will stay there (and look great) even if it comes in contact with liquids – just make sure the surface is dry when applying.
