I do not like the wine labels at all the picture is too dark and has a wide border, top and bottom why wasn't the picture all the label??

We are sorry to hear that the labels were not printed as expected. Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the image that was uploaded is smaller than the size of the template. The image size should be 3.5” x 4”. We are happy to place a free reorder for another set of labels for you. Please make the necessary changes to the original image, re-upload it, and then respond to this email. Once we have received your response. We'll review and proceed with the new order.
