I ordered these QR Code Stickers on plastic. The first shipment was on paper. The second shipment, after my negative review was the same. . . . on paper. I ordered these products to be printer on plastic.

We can confirm that you specifically ordered the stickers printed on plastic material, and we’re sorry that the replacement did not meet those specifications. This is not the experience we want for our customers.
To help us investigate this further with our Quality Team, could you please send us photos of the stickers you received, including the packaging if possible? Once we receive the images, we’ll review the issue and work toward the best possible resolution for you.
