After the pens are printed, they go through an automated assembly process, which can sometimes result in the clip aligning over part of the logo. We are continuously reviewing our production processes and hope to improve this alignment in the future to avoid similar concerns. Upon checking, we found that the selected paper stock was our Standard Glossy option. While this provides a lighter finish, we also offer a Premium paper stock that is thicker and of higher quality, designed to provide more durability and a sturdier feel. For future orders, we recommend considering the Premium option to achieve the level of strength and quality you’re looking for.
