In terms of the pixelation, we have reviewed your file and found that this is how your image was originally uploaded, as the low resolution is visible on the upload provided. For future orders, we recommend using high resolution images of at least 300 dpi for the best results, and you may also utilize the PDF proof feature in our design studio to see exactly how your design may appear and make any necessary revisions before finalizing.
