I ordered this product and received it with the back printed upside down. Mistakes happen, so I reached out and they quickly sent a replacement, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with the exact same issue, the back was again printed upside down. At that point, it was clear this wasn’t a one-off mistake but likely a problem with their printing process.
I contacted customer service again requesting a credit instead of another replacement, and never received a response.
Between the repeated error and lack of follow-up, I wouldn’t order this product again.
