Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that the latest batch of flyers did not meet your expectations in terms of print quality, especially as you’ve reordered the same design before. As a reminder, we kindly ask customers to inspect the physical product promptly upon delivery and to notify our Customer Care team of any alleged defects, non-conformances, or damages within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Subject to Section 10.3 of the VistaPrint Terms, failure to notify us within this timeframe may void the product warranty. That said, we want to help resolve this for you. Based on your report of dull and inconsistent colors compared to previous orders, we can offer a replacement order. Please confirm, so we can proceed with arranging this for you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to making this right.
