In some cases, print quality issues can result from factors such as low-resolution images. For future submissions, we recommend using image files at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI, ensuring the color mode is set to CMYK, and utilizing the digital proof options that's available to you from the design studio to ensure the final result of your image design is to your satisfaction before processing your order. We want to make this right and ask that you provide us with images of the affected postcards so that we can work together to resolve this issue. Ordered over 60 postcards to be delivered by a specific date and paid almost $60. Nobody received any of the postcards and Vista Print doesn't offer a post office tracking number to prove that they were sent.

Poor Quality

Hello,
I recently received several of my mailed postcards back as undeliverable. While reviewing them, I noticed that the printing appears smeared across parts of the text. I have now received three postcards back with the same smear issue.
It seems this may have affected the batch, as even the sample I previously received showed the same problem.
Could you please review this and advise on how this can be resolved?

Streaky Printing

There were very obvious streaks on the from and back of the postcards we ordered. I am disappointed in the quality of the cards.
