The design quality is perfect—our gold and white branding looks sharp on the cards. I uploaded our service list and contact info, and they printed exactly as designed. The card stock feels durable and professional, which matters because I leave them at potential customer homes.
What's working best is that people actually use them. Unlike flyers that get tossed, rip cards let customers grab just what they need. I've gotten several bookings directly from people calling after finding our rip cards in their neighborhood. The response rate has been way better than I expected.
The perforations are clean, which makes them easy to tear. At the price point, they're a smart investment for any service-based business trying to build leads.

I ordered regular cards and the ripped cards and there is no difference. I thought I would try them out but unfortunately paid more for the same product.

We would like to advise that our Rip Cards are designed to have a distinct perforated section, which allows a portion of the card to be easily torn off for coupons or tickets. If your cards do not have this feature, a production error likely occurred during the cutting process.

Approved Proof Did Not Match Final Product

I have been a loyal Vistaprint customer and have generally had good experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing.
I created a custom marketing flyer for my business and spent a significant amount of time refining the design. The proof I approved had the text centered properly and looked polished and professional. However, the printed product arrived with the text noticeably lower than shown in the approved proof, which threw off the entire layout. Additionally, the first batch I received did not include the perforated tear-off edges that I had specifically ordered and approved.
While customer service representatives were responsive, the frustrating part was being repeatedly told that the printed product matched the approved design when the differences were clearly visible in the photos I provided. I had to submit the same photos multiple times for review. A reprint was eventually sent, but the alignment issue remained. Because of the placement, some of the lettering was also affected by the perforated tear-off section, resulting in a less professional appearance than intended.
I understand that printing errors can happen. What disappointed me most was the lack of acknowledgment that there was a production issue in the first place. As a business owner, I need confidence that what I approve is what will ultimately be produced and delivered.
I appreciate the efforts made by the customer service team after I escalated the issue, but after this experience, I will likely look elsewhere for future marketing materials. I hope Vistaprint takes this feedback seriously and improves both quality control and the way customer concerns are evaluated when discrepancies are reported.
