The phone customer service is wonderful. They are helpful and prompt to correct issues. However, I have ordered many business items and almost none of them appear as the pictures shown. The cuts are not crisp. The descriptions are also vague or misleading. For example- matte finish. NOT matte. It's satin. Matte should not reflect light or have a slippery feel. Another example- a lack of description on the bleed of cards. The white is shown and looks messy. Had i known, I would have designed my cards differently or ordered a different product. I gave an additional star for its customer service. Product is a 2 star.

Labels refer to paper labels with a sticky backing. However, fold over hang tags are pieces of thick paper that are punched with a hole and attached to products with twine, string or ribbon.  

No. The tags do not come with strings or ribbons. 

Your folded hang tags will arrive flat but scored at the folding line.

Your personalized folded tags will arrive pre-drilled with holes in a set location. It comes with a 3/16'' diameter hole at the top left of the tag.

Yes. You can add your design to the outside, inside or both sides of this hang tag.

Yes! You can use anything you’d like to write with, but we recommend a permanent marker.

To attach your custom clothes tag to a piece of clothing, simply thread a string or a ribbon through the hole in the tag and tie directly to your garment. The most common place to tie a hang tag is the sewn-in label at the back of the neck or waistband.
