Yes, you can print on the front, back and the flap area. Back side printing has an additional cost at checkout.
The mailer bag weight is based on size and gusset (the depth of the bag’s base when open) options:
- 6" x 9": 0.18 oz.
- 12" x 9.5": 0.39 oz.
- 12" x 9.5" with 3" gusset: 0.49 oz.
- 4.25" x 12": 0.55 oz.
- 4.25" x 12" with 4” gusset: 0.75 oz.
- 19" x 13.5": 0.81 oz.
- 19" x 13.5" with 4" gusset: 1.09 oz.
Made from a robust 2 mil material, most of our poly mailers can hold up to 5 lb. – including the gusseted options. Our 6" x 9" size option, however, has a reduced weight capacity of 3 lb.
Our poly mailers are made of budget-friendly polyethylene. This plastic material is durable, flexible and weather- and tear-resistant. We also offer a slightly thinner yet durable material option that’s compostable, after you tear open the mailer and throw away the perforated flap.
Some, not all. Our poly material isn’t, but our compostable option is – after you tear open the mailer and throw away the perforated flap. With proper conditions, this material will break down into non-toxic, organic matter. This is a mindful alternative to traditional disposal and a great way to help reduce your environmental impact.
