Printed with clear border and customer service said it was correct. . .

Received the photo block as a gift for a family member, and it arrived with a clear border around the entire image and the image was off-centered (white paper is for privacy purposes - it wasn't printed like this). The proof that I approved and previewed did not show a border at all. I contacted customer service via chat and they said that the clear border is supposed to be there and that it was printed correctly. Even though none of the sample images show a clear border anywhere. . . not impressed with the product and customer service. Unfortunately, it's too late to receive a replacement.

We understand how frustrating it is when the final product doesn't appear to match the preview you approved. Regarding the border, we’d like to clarify that Acrylic Blocks do include a minimal border on the edge of the photo as part of the standard printing process. Unfortunately, this is a characteristic of this specific product and is not something that can be removed. Because you mentioned that a replacement would arrive too late for your needs, we have sent a separate email to you discussing possible resolutions to address both the border and the centering concerns. Please take a look at that email and respond to us there so we can make this right for you. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to assist.

I had an acrylic block made somewhere else last year. It was thin. I had to glue small acrylic cubes to the base so it would not fall over. This base is thick and the block is larger also. It is very steady. Looks great on my husband’s desk. I had two more made for my grandson and son.

While canvas prints are printed on canvas fabric that mimics the texture of traditional paintings, acrylic prints are printed on an acrylic sheet, giving them a smooth and glossy surface that is glare- and scratch-resistant. Also, our canvas prints come with attached hangers for wall display, while our acrylic prints are self-standing. Ultimately, the choice between acrylic photo blocks and canvas prints comes down to what style of décor you're after and how you want to display your new custom piece.

Your photos stick to the acrylic block with a clear adhesive.

Yes, you can upload your own photo with text on it.

Your acrylic block only needs a gentle dusting with a non-abrasive cloth. To remove dirt or streaks, use a small amount of mild soap and water and rub gently with a clean, soft cloth. We don’t recommend using paper towels, amonia or alcohol on your acrylic block.
