Please be advised that digitally produced images, just like the artwork you uploaded, are typically created using a bright RGB color profile meant for glowing digital screens. Because our printing process uses CMYK ink colors, those digital colors must be automatically converted during printing. This conversion can cause certain vibrant shades to come out either darker or more muted on physical material compared to how they look on a backlit monitor. We want to make sure you are happy with your display. Could you please respond directly to this email and share a few clear photos of the actual canvas print you received so we can review the color discrepancy?
