2nd order just as bad as #1

Initial order the text was unreadable despite the proof being fine. Vistaprint offer to replace at no charge (great!) but the replacements were just as bad as the initial order (not great). Completely useless to me and shocked they didn't QC the second order given initial issues!

Poor quality. Logo was placed off center and crooked. Also logo partially removed after a single cycle in the dishwasher. Will be seeking a refund.

nice mugs. don't put them in dishwasher!

Have ordered them a few times for my restaurant. People love them, as well as me. They look great, nice size and logo looked pretty good as well. However, a few customers contacted us few days after they purchased them from us and notified us that after washing them in dishwasher our logo disappeared. They were disappointed and we had to replace them. That was very unfortunate.

Our customers are very happy with these new mugs we bought! My only comment is that the logo is slightly blurred, but no enough to be bothered by it. We will buy more as we need them.
