Dented and missing the straw

While I was happy with how the Stanley looked I was very disappointed in how one of the boxes arrived. It looked like they had just thrown the cups in the box. Some of the Stanley’s were out of the plastic bag, therefore dirty and one was dented in several places and missing the straw. For the cost I was hoping they would have been shipped a little more securely.
