I love the Yeti travel mugs. I don't like the fact that the website kept defaulting to Navy, even though I repeatedly selected black. Oh well. I guess it's my bad for not double checking to see that I was actually ordering black & as a result I ended up with Navy. So, make sure the color you want is the color you order and not defaulted by the website to another color.

Ordered 6 of these with company logo in a larger order. Everything that came in was perfect except for these. I worked with Vistaprint to get a replacement order coming free of charge. These came in the EXACT same way as the first order. I’ll now miss the event I ordered them for. And have to try a third time. I don’t understand how they pass QA/QC and are packaged and shipped. Stay far away from this expensive option that leads to disappointment.
