I would not even give a 1 star review. Logo on keychain is not centered and looks unprofessional. I am unable to use it.

I have purchased, business cards, wedding invitations, stickers, keychains and canvas prints. My last purchase was canvas prints of my eldest son's wedding. I have yet to be disappointed and these came out beautifully as well. Vista print is my 'go to' for all of my printing needs!!! Highly recommended and the staff is amazing. Very affordable especially if you catch a sale!

Logo keychain

The logo ended up being much smaller than I anticipated. It’s hard to read the company name.

We regret hearing that the size of the logo was hard to read on the VistaPrint® Photo Keychain. The size of the print area on the keychain is 1.69" x 1.2". As such, any logo or image with small text or fine details will not show up clearly when printed. For best results in the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order; www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This feature is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it displays what the document will look like when printed. Furthermore, we have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing the original design and placing a new order. We hope this helps.

QR Code does not scann

QR code is not scanning, however it was sanning on the preview page

We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with the QR code on your key ring. Based on our checks, the issue appears to be related to the size of the QR code and the surface of the key ring. For optimal scanning, we recommend a QR code size of at least 2x2 cm (about 0.8x0.8 inches); larger is usually better when there are a lot of details. Very shiny materials can also reflect light, which may make the code difficult to scan. To help, we have taken action on your account to address this matter, and an email will be sent to you with the details.
