They arrived a day earlier than projected, which was great, but I wasn't in love with how these were shipped (thrown unceremoniously into a large box like something going to a donation bin, tape had come off by arrival with miraculously all items accounted for), but the bigger issue was the misprints. Most were fine, but about a third of the order had our logo off center, and one was a complete misprint. Since they were for our team as an EOY gift that I was reshipping to our remote team, I kept the total misprint fail for myself and sent the other off-center ones in the hopes no one noticed, but two people have already reached out to me about it, unfortunately.
Also, given this was a higher end item, I was hoping the packaging would include for each one, the inserts that come with the product from the original vendor, but they didn't, so our team doesn't really know what they are for.
I will say, though, that the livechat assistance I received in the runup to the order was great, so I was satisfied with that, and hoping I can connect again to get the misprinted items reran. I've always had good experiences with Vistaprint; just, this one was a bit lacking.
Three stars for quality (due to the misprints, though honestly I should probably take a star off for packaging and lack of QC before shipping - that extra star is for the item itself), 4 for value (decent discount for bulk order), and 5 for ease of design - uploading our logo and proofing it was quick and easy.
